Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Berry has over five years of engineering experience in mechanical system design, project management, systems commissioning and construction administration management. Project work includes both new building and renovation design work in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Project design experience includes central plant and campus design of low and high pressure steam, chilled water and hot water and piping for industrial process and utility, building assessments, energy auditing and life cycle cost analyses. Systems designed include dust collection, high temperature air, laboratory air, variable air volume, variable refrigerant volume, makeup air with energy recovery, control system design and sequence of operations development.
