BUILDING ASSESSMENT APPROACH

  • Review Existing MEP Drawings
  • Survey building including visual inspection of existing major equipment.
  • Meet with client to determine current sequence of operation and known deficiencies.
  • Research to determine age of all major pieces of equipment.
  • Identify code issues
  • Identify spare capacity and potential improvements to system operation to optimize energy efficiency, performance, and occupant conditions.
  • Produce building assessment report including:
    • Description of existing MEP equipment and systems including photographs where helpful
    • Present code related upgrades
    • Description of recommended MEP system and equipment upgrades and maintenance
    • Prioritize recommendations to assist the client with decisions for a phased approach
