Mr. Kramer has over twenty years of engineering experience in mechanical and plumbing system design, project management, LEED project design, systems commissioning and construction administration management. Project work includes both new building and renovation design work in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Project design experience includes low and medium pressure air distribution design, data center/computer room cooling, industrial ventilation design including dust collection and fume removal scrubbers, sanitary piping design, domestic water piping design, USP and DI water systems, laboratory and medical gas distribution systems and equipment, compressed air piping and system design, chilled water and hot water piping and plant design and industrial piping design. He has also completed building and equipment inspections and evaluations and has provided recommendations, design improvements and opinions of probable cost to support those evaluations.
