Ms. Cogbill has over twenty years of consulting engineering experience in mechanical system design, project management, LEED project design, systems commissioning and construction administration management. Project design work includes both new building and renovation design work in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Project responsibilities include building assessments, load calculations, equipment selection and specification, cost estimating, energy modeling and lifecycle cost analyses. Project design experience includes low and medium pressure air distribution systems, laboratory design with variable volume fume hood exhaust and complex pressure relationships, natatorium design, healthcare isolation suites and compounding pharmacies. Systems designed include variable air volume, water source heat pump, makeup air with energy recovery, radiant heating, displacement ventilation, humidification, smoke control, vehicle exhaust, commercial kitchen exhaust, chilled water and hot water, building automation systems and sequence of operations development.
