ENERGY MODELING

Our Building Energy Modeling Professional is ASHRAE Certified as required by the CPSM for energy calculations on property owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia. We provide a variety of energy modeling services including energy modeling for LEED certification, energy analyses for CPSM required system comparisons, life cycle cost analyses, and individual component analysis for return on investment calculations. Energy modeling provides valuable information to building owners regarding the effect different mechanical systems, lighting systems and envelope materials have on energy usage. This knowledge helps building owners make informed decisions regarding their investments.
