William E. Weaver, PE
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Weaver has forty-seven years of engineering experience including construction management, cost estimating, HVAC equipment design, system commissioning and forensic engineering. Projects have varied in size from under $50,000 to over $100 million. Air handling systems design experience includes various types of DX systems, small to large chilled water coil air handling units, and air washers. Air distribution designs include complex laboratory makeup air systems, and various classes of clean rooms. Air conditioning system design requirements have varied over a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. Chiller design experience varies from installation of small process chillers to large tonnage multi-chiller applications. Pipe design experience includes chilled water, glycol chilled water, ice storage water, hot water, low and medium pressure steam, RO and DI water, compressed air, vacuum, special gases, and various viscosity process fluids. Design work also includes design of effervescent tablet suites for pharmaceuticals, dough conditioning rooms for food manufacturers and extremely low temperature computer chip testing operation.
