Senior Electrical Engineer

Mr. Hayes has over forty years of engineering experience, including electrical systems design, power distribution, project management, estimating, and equipment commissioning. Project design work includes commercial, institutional, industrial manufacturing, and power generation industries. Projects involved electrical and power distribution systems for institutional and industrial construction, water treatment plants, rated pharmaceutical process areas and chemical facilities. Design experience includes medium voltage power systems (up to and including 38KV class) and switchboard design. Power study experience includes system energy analysis, load balance investigations, selective coordination, short circuit and arc flash studies utilizing SKM software. System design experience includes fire alarm, security, grounding, lightning protection, protective relaying, power instrumentation, metering, lighting and telecommunication.
