Mechanical, electrical and plumbing system assessment of 33,000 SF, two story potential office space surrounding the VANG Hangar that was originally constructed in 1951. Mechanical systems included in the assessment were boilers, pumps, hot water radiation, rooftop units and split system cooling units. Electrical systems included in the assessment were three electrical services, emergency generator, lighting, and fire alarm. The project scope included MEP system assessment to identify areas within the building that would be acceptable for short-term owner usage.
