Mechanical, electrical and plumbing system design for a new 32,000 SF building with two 9,000 SF storage bays and one 9,000 SF vehicle repair garage. Additional support spaces included offices, conference room, break room, showers, and locker rooms. The mechanical system included gas fired radiant heating and a summer exhaust system in the storage bays. The repair garage included a dedicated exhaust system with a gas fired makeup air unit and high volume low speed ceiling fans to enhance occupant comfort. A variable air volume air handling unit was used to condition the office area. Construction of this project will begin late 2017.
