2022 Expansion - The industrial heat exchanger manufacturer expanded their existing facility with an addition of 50,000 sf of production floor, and approximately 6,000 sf of employee amenities space.
The mechanical system design included four packaged rooftop units with gas heat for the production floor. A fifth variable air volume packaged rooftop unit with gas heat was designed for the amenities addition, which included terminal boxes for zone control, and exposed double wall spiral ductwork. Exhaust systems for general ventilation and process heat removal were included, as well as makeup air ventilation for multiple large capacity air compressors.
The plumbing design included a process sanitary system for oil separation and a non-potable water system for process needs as well as connection points for future expansion.

2026 Expansion – The design of a new 80,000 sf addition is currently underway to include manufacturing floor as well as expanded employee amenity areas.
