Project scope included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design for the tenant upfit for Virginia Eye Institute on the 1st floor of the Reynolds MOB4. Spaces included patient exam/ lane rooms, treatment rooms, diagnosis rooms, scan rooms, and an optical space. Variable volume terminal boxes were designed to provide ventilation requirements per the FGI Healthcare Guidelines. Plumbing design included patient and staff toilet rooms, exam sinks, lab sinks with tempered emergency eyewashes, and a pumped circulating hot water system.
