Project scope included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design for the tenant upfit for Virginia Urology on the 2nd floor of the Reynolds MOB2. Spaces included patient exam rooms, procedure rooms, sterile spaces, bio-hazard storage rooms, lab, ultrasound, and x-ray rooms. Variable volume terminal boxes were designed to provide ventilation requirements per the FGI Healthcare Guidelines. Plumbing design included patient and staff toilet rooms, shower rooms, lab sinks with tempered emergency eyewashes, and a pumped circulating hot water system.
