Project scope included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design for the tenant upfit for Dermatology Associates of Virginia on the 2nd floor of the Reynolds MOB4. Spaces included patient exam rooms, laboratory and laser specialist spaces, as well as a triage space. Variable volume terminal boxes were designed to provide ventilation requirements per the FGI Healthcare Guidelines. Plumbing design included patient and staff toilet rooms, exam sinks, lab sinks with tempered emergency eyewashes, and a pumped circulating hot water system.
